What to raise
Concerns may relate to law, policy, misuse of resources, safety, safeguarding, falsified reporting or unethical conduct.
Good faith
A reporter does not need to prove the concern before raising it, but should provide information honestly.
Confidentiality
Identity and information should be protected as far as reasonably possible while allowing a fair review.
Non-retaliation
Retaliation against good-faith reporting should itself be treated as misconduct.
