How to complain
A complaint should explain the programme or interaction, what happened and what outcome is sought, without including unnecessary sensitive information.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding allegations require separate, urgent handling and should not be processed as ordinary service complaints where safety may be at risk.
Review
Complaints should be reviewed by someone with sufficient independence and access to the relevant records.
Outcome
The response should explain findings, corrective action where appropriate and any further available route.
