Partners and intermediaries
Due diligence and contractual expectations should address bribery risk where relevant.
Gifts and hospitality
Gifts or hospitality that could influence, or appear to influence, a decision should be declined or escalated.
Reporting
Suspected misconduct should be raised through an appropriate reporting route and handled without retaliation against good-faith reporters.
